LEARN MORE ABOUT INOVAGRI MEETING

INOVAGRI INTERNATIONAL MEETING is considered the main technical-scientific event held in Brazil, focused on irrigation and the rational use of water in agriculture. The fifth edition of the event was held together with the I LATIN AMERICAN SYMPOSIUM OF SALINITY and the XXVIII National Congress of Irrigation and Drainage (CONIRD) in the period from 30 and 31 October at the Rio Mar Fortaleza Theater; and November 1, 2019 at the Federal University of Ceará, Campus do Pici, where external mini-courses, workshops and meetings took place. More than 400 participants confirmed their presence during the 3 days of the event.

The event brought together, in addition to renowned national and international researchers, technicians, students, producers, public and private companies involved with the themes of Irrigation Engineering and Agricultural Drainage, Irrigation Management, Salinity and Water Resources.

The participant had the opportunity to attend lectures, exhibitions focusing on technological innovations that seek mainly the transfer of technology to the farmer, technological training for irrigation, quality management in irrigation, the new technologies applied for the efficiency of the use of water and irrigation advisory service models. In addition, during this period, the event had 9 Round Tables, 4 panel discussions, 2 poster sessions, 36 speakers and 12 moderators, 22 of whom were foreign speakers.

The main objective of this event is to promote an exchange of knowledge between those involved with the water theme in rural areas, encompassing a discussion about new technologies in irrigation for the sustainable use of natural resources in irrigated agriculture.

THEATER RIO MAR

The cultural space is the third open theater in the Northeast under the administration of Opus Promotions. The venture is yet another partnership with the JCPM Group. The RioMar Fortaleza Theater began operating in December 2014 with the children’s show Branca de Neve. In yet another partnership between Opus Promotions and the JCPM Group, the project is located inside the RioMar Fortaleza shopping mall, one of the most modern in the country.

The Theater has a capacity of more than 900 people, more than 4,000 m² of total area, bar, headgear and technical and acoustic resources that follow the most modern quality standards, the RioMar Fortaleza Theater combines comfort, beauty and safety.
